Just plug it in, clip it on, and it’s ready to go. It was easy enough for my 16 and 11 year olds to figure out.
The sound quality is clear and much better than using the phone’s built-in mic. It cuts down on background noise and makes voices sound more crisp and professional.
It’s lightweight and clips on securely without feeling bulky. The battery life has been solid so far, and it charges quickly.
It actually came with two mics which worked perfectly for us because our son wanted one after he saw his sister got one. It worked for both their Apple and Samsung devices.
Overall, it’s a great option if you want better audio without spending a ton. It’s simple, works well, and definitely upgrades the quality of recordings.

First things first…I use this mic with an Android phone. I do A TON of social content and needed a lav mic to use while shooting video updates of the dogs I train. With a background in radio I will tell you that I am PICKY with mics. I am impressed with this set.
Love the different wind screens! Also, I noticed that while this mic is programmed to reduce overmodulation, it will still happen if you get pretty loud. If you’re not going to invest in limiter/mic processing equipment, you’re still pretty safe using these as long as you’re not doing too much screaming.
I find the mic does a solid job with fidelity and picks up just the right frequencies to give your voice a much more natural, professional sound…unlike the other mics that make you sound like you’re on the phone.
